1. General Provisions
1.1. Accepting These Terms
Visiting or using cryptotocrypto.exchange means you're confirming the following:
- (i) You've gone through these Terms of Use and understand what they say;
- (ii) Your agreement to them is given freely and without reservation;
- (iii) You satisfy the minimum age requirement that applies to using the Services;
- (iv) You hold the authority to enter into this agreement, whether on your own behalf or representing a legal entity.
If any portion of these Terms doesn't sit right with you, the Services aren't something you should use. cryptotocrypto.exchange may revise these Terms at any point without giving advance notice, and carrying on with the Services after such a change means the updated version now applies to you.
1.2. Defined Terms
Throughout these Terms of Use, the following words carry the meanings below:
- Digital Asset: Any token, coin, or other piece of digital property secured through blockchain or cryptographic means that can be held or transferred electronically.
- Cryptocurrency / Cryptoasset: A digital unit of value—Bitcoin, Ethereum, or similar—that exists and moves on a blockchain or other distributed ledger.
- Exchange Transaction: A request a user makes through our Platform to convert one digital asset into another.
- Third-Party Providers: Separate, independent businesses supplying liquidity, executing trades, or offering other services under their own terms.
- Platform: cryptotocrypto.exchange itself, along with every interface, tool, and service tied to it that supports crypto exchange activity.
- Services: Everything cryptotocrypto.exchange makes available, including non-custodial trading access, informational material, and connections to outside providers.
1.3. Key Disclaimers
Using our Services means you understand and accept the following:
- 1.3.1. cryptotocrypto.exchange never holds or custodies cryptocurrency on a user's behalf. Securing your wallet, private keys, and login credentials is entirely your responsibility.
- 1.3.2. Independent third-party providers carry out every transaction; cryptotocrypto.exchange has no say over pricing, rates, or how quickly an order executes.
- 1.3.3. Some external services may not be accessible in every jurisdiction, depending on local rules.
- 1.3.4. Even with strong technical safeguards in place, the possibility of a system failure or unauthorized access can never be entirely ruled out.
- 1.3.5. cryptotocrypto.exchange takes no responsibility for how well, how reliably, or how consistently any external provider performs.
- 1.3.6. Whatever terms and policies an external provider has in place, users are expected to follow them when using that provider's service.
2. What Our Services Cover
2.1. Execution Through Third Parties
Every trade made through cryptotocrypto.exchange is actually carried out by an independent provider. Our role is limited to connecting users with those providers through our interface.
2.2. Not Financial or Legal Advice
Nothing on cryptotocrypto.exchange should be read as investment, financial, tax, or legal guidance. Whatever you decide to do remains entirely your own call and your own responsibility.
2.3. A Non-Custodial Model
Your funds never pass through our custody or control at any point. Every crypto transaction happens directly between you and the external provider involved.
2.4. Keeping the Platform Running
We work to keep the Platform available around the clock, though maintenance windows, updates, or unexpected technical hiccups can occasionally lead to brief interruptions.
2.5. What's Expected of Users
Having the right equipment and a stable internet connection falls on you, as do any costs tied to your devices or connectivity.
3. Who Can Use the Platform
Using our Services means confirming that doing so is legal where you are, and that you're not accessing the Platform from anywhere such use would be prohibited.
Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use cryptotocrypto.exchange. By proceeding, you're confirming that you've reached at least that age.
4. Limits on Our Liability
Whatever happens while using cryptotocrypto.exchange happens at your own risk. We won't be held responsible for damages of any kind—direct or indirect—including lost funds, lost data, lost profits, or other consequential losses tied to using, or being unable to use, the Platform.
5. Indemnification
You agree to step in and cover cryptotocrypto.exchange, along with its affiliated companies, officers, and staff, against any claim, loss, or expense that arises from how you use the Platform or from breaching these Terms.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
English and Welsh law governs these Terms. Should a dispute arise, the courts of England and Wales are where it must be brought.
7. Changes to These Terms
cryptotocrypto.exchange may amend these Terms whenever necessary, with any revision posted right here on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change goes live signals that you accept the new version.
